Well it's official !! I was just at the doctors and I don't know if I told you but three months ago they gave me a complete blood work up and physical and said you are pushing to become type 2 diabetic and your overweight and have high blood pressure. Well here are some high lites - - my blood pressure is 117/71 I lost 20 pounds I have 50 to go YA!! my A1C is 5.7 was 6.1 Range is 4.8-6.0/ my EAG is 117 was 128/ My TRIG is 114 was 156 range <150> Mike McHenryTuesday, June 16, 2009
