Smoothie Recipe # 9 - Strawberry-Banana
A refreshing and healthy start to your day.
Serves 2
1/2 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup pure water (cold organic green tea optional)
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 ripe frozen organic banana
1/2 cup Strawberry-Banana probiotic yogurt
dash of cinnamon
2 Scoops Vanilla LEAN TM Smoothie Mix
1 tsp of organic, milled flaxseed (with dark chocolate)

Put all items in a good blender, chill and serve.
