Smoothie Recipe #10 - Apple, Plum and Date Smoothie

High, brain energy drink:
serves 2
2 small organic apples, cut-up
6 dates (soak overnight or till soft) cut-up
1/2 cup organic applesauce
10 small ripe juicy plums

1 cup pure water
1/2 cup almond milk or organic apple juice
1 tsp pure maple syrup (optional)
dash of cinnamon or apple pie spice
2 scoops Vanilla LEAN TM Smoothie Mix

Add ice to blender, if desired. Blend, chill and serve.
