from Mack:After Sam showed me the Core4 system and I purchased it, I lost 6 pounds in the first couple weeks. Plus, I lost an inch around my waist (had to add a notch in the belt or keep pulling up my pants :-). This is fantastic being my goal was to lose 3 inches total and 20 pounds. I am back in the saddle again.
I have been sporadically using the products since but still have maintained that weight and inch loss. A summer holiday was in that time and other family events kept us away from home and not eating properly, so I am pleased that I haven't gained any weight back. I was "Cheating" away though :-)
