Another Healthy Dessert smoothie:
Serves 2
1 cup of frozen raspberries
2/3 cup Chocolate Almond Milk
2/3 cup pure water **
1 tbsp. of milled flaxseed (w/organic dark chocolate bits)
1/2 cup Coffee or Vanilla or Fieldberry pro-biotic yogurt
2 scoops of CNIs' Vanilla LEAN TM Smoothie Mix
** For more of a chocolate flavor substitute 2/3 cup of healthier Hot Chocolate (cooled)
** Or, for a more Mocha Coffee flavor, substitute 2/3 cup of healthier Mocha (cooled)
Add ice, if desired - Blend it all up - it turns a beautiful dark pink color - enjoy !!
