Smoothie Recipe # 7 - Apricot, Grape, Lemon and Pineapple

A refreshing and healthy start to your day.
Serves 2
1/2 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup low-fat Coconut Milk
1/4 cup pure water
1/4 cup Pineapple Juice
1/4 cup Crushed Pineapple
1/4 of a skinned lemon
4 ripe organic apricots (choose orange over yellow)
20 seedless organic grapes
1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt (or lemon for a more tart flavour)
1/2 tsp agave nectar or honey
2 Scoops Vanilla LEAN TM Smoothie Mix

** you could also leave out the yogurt on this Smoothie
Sweeten to taste as this drink is a tad tart, but yummy !!
Put all items in a good blender, add ice if desired or chill and serve.
