Serves 2
2/3 cup Chocolate Almond Milk
2/3 cup pure water **
1 tbsp. of milled flaxseed (w/organic dark chocolate bits)
1/2 cup coffee yogurt
1 cup of sliced mandarin oranges or banana or apricots (optional)
2 scoops of CNIs' Vanilla LEAN TM Smoothie Mix
** To make it more chocolatey add 1 cup of Healthier Hot Chocolate (cooled)
** To make it more Mocha flavored add 1 cup of Healthier Mocha Coffee (cooled)
Add ice, if desired - Blend it all up and enjoy !!
Hi I have a question. Where do you get the flax seed, ground, with chocolate bits and the healthier choice chocolate and mocha mix? These recipes sound delicious!!!
