Hello !! Four Updates to Follow:

** Did you hear me say PURE WATER = H2O = great results. The CNI products are designed to work together synergistically, but drinking water is necessary to get them to work at maximum and to help you look and feel slimmer.
We must *flush* (no pun intended :-) the toxins out of our body. But...Some people don't like water, period. My suggestion: drink organic green tea. Make a carafe in the a.m.with one tea bag and simply add hot water throughout the day as you drink it. Green tea has its' own ability to help you lose weight and to speed up your metabolism.

So many are quickly losing inches and pounds... but don't
be discouraged if you take a little longer than others. We
