Smoothie Recipe # 4 - Pear and Apple Smoothie

Mix in a blender:

1/2 cup Organic Applesauce
1 small apple washed and cut up
1/2 cup pears (canned in natural juice or whole pears, if in season)
1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt (w/probiotocs)
1/2 cup pure water

1/2 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 scoops of Vanilla LEAN TM Smoothie Mix
add ice if desired

Blend it all together and mmmm... yummy - delicious !!
