Blend together:
2 small ripe organic bananas
1/4 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup pure water
1/2 cup low-fat coconut milk
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup probiotic vanilla yogurt
2 scoops of CNI's LEAN TM Vanilla Smoothie
dash of cinnamon
** pineapple contains digestive enzymes and the
bananas are a great source of potassium
Blend it all together, chill and serve
