Cranberry/Berry Smoothie Recipe # 3
Serves 2
1/4 cup frozen cranberries**
1/4 cup frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, pomegranate, etc.)
1/2 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 cup pure water
1/2 cup Vanilla yogurt
2 scoops of CNI's Vanilla LEAN TM protein mix
** optional - 1 pkg. of cranberry Emergen-C
(great extra boost of Vit. C)

Blend it all together and serve.
