Mix all together, in a blender:
Serves 2
1/2 cup unsweetened Almond Milk or low-fat coconut milk
1 cup pure water
fruit of two mangos (or papaya)
just a dash of cinnamon
2 scoops of CNIs' LEAN TM Vanilla Smoothie Mix
Blend it all together w/ ice (if desired) !! Chill and enjoy !
** for a thicker smoothie add 1/3 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
yummy !
