Watermelon/Blueberry Smoothie
1/2 large watermelon - press through juicer
1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries
1/2 cup blueberry probiotic yogurt
2 scoops LEAN TM vanilla smoothie mix
juice of 1/4 lemon
1/2 cup pure water
dash of cinnamon
Blend all together, add more water if needed, chill and serve.
** Freeze watermelon juice in fancy ice cube trays - add to smoothie for more flavour and fun. I found many different shapes at the Dollar Store.
** Watermelon is great for helping lower cholesterol (according to my mother's doctor :-)
