Watermelon/Blueberry Delight - - Smoothie Recipe # 12

Watermelon/Blueberry Smoothie

1/2 large watermelon - press through juicer
1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries
1/2 cup blueberry probiotic yogurt
2 scoops LEAN TM vanilla smoothie mix
juice of 1/4 lemon
1/2 cup pure water
dash of cinnamon
Blend all together, add more water if needed, chill and serve.
** Freeze watermelon juice in fancy ice cube trays - add to smoothie for more flavour and fun. I found many different shapes at the Dollar Store.

Good morning ! from Brenda

"I wanted to share some great info I got yesterday afternoon about CORE4 and CNI from co-owner Paul Gravette on a conference call. It is amazing info that you will want to share with everybody!

CORE4 TM

-Costs 50-70% less than Weight "W", Nutri "S" or Jenny "C".
-CNI is 100% solvent, in these difficult economic times.
-No cost to sign-up. No monthly fees.
-Core4 TM produces faster and better results than we've ever seen before.
-How big will this be? Thousands have already had great results! In 19 weeks over 60K + people have created a CNI website (this is truly an Internet business)
-Core4 TM Can deliver something unique…better results in weight loss in the stomach area.
-Less than 1% of product has been returned in first 19 weeks of sales. CNI offers a full 90 day, money-back guarantee.
-Prediction: CORE4 TM will be the #1 weight loss product in the next 2-3 years.

Share this info with everyone you know. We are truly a part of something big....excerpt from Brenda "
