Another Healthy Dessert smoothie:
Serves 2
1 cup of frozen raspberries
2/3 cup Chocolate Almond Milk
2/3 cup pure water **
1 tbsp. of milled flaxseed (w/organic dark chocolate bits)
1/2 cup Coffee or Vanilla or Fieldberry pro-biotic yogurt

Carrelyn's Week 3 on Core4

Dear Sam, Here I am three weeks into my Core4 program. I must say it was a "Cheating Memorial Day" weekend.

I really didn't want to get on the scales even though I used my products everyday. I have cut back on taking Accelerate and Flush to one per day as I am waiting for my product order early next week.

The good news is I am still down half a pound, for a total of 9 pounds of weight loss, which is awesome considering I would normally (before Core4) have been up at least a couple of pounds. I will measure myself again next week as my clothes are getting larger and I am looking and feeling much slimmer.

It's fun to see the expression on my friend's faces when they haven't seen me in a month or so!

A refreshing and healthy start to your day.

Serves 2

1/2 cup unsweetened Almond Milk

1/2 cup low-fat Coconut Milk

1/4 cup pure water

1/4 cup Pineapple Juice

1/4 cup Crushed Pineapple

1/4 of a skinned lemon

4 ripe organic apricots (choose orange over yellow)

20 seedless organic grapes

1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt (or lemon for a more tart flavour)

Week Two for Carrelyn !! Congratulations !!

Dear Sam,

I just finished my second week on all the Core4 products and I am feeling slimmer with much more energy. When I weighed myself the scale stayed the same, so I took my measurements. Sure enough, I am slimmer by six and a half inches with two and a half inches coming right off my hips.

Wow! I also had a wellness check with my Doctor this week which showed a seven pound weight loss since my last visit. He was very pleased due to my up coming hip surgery in July. The best news is that my blood pressure is normal at 128 over 74. This is the lowest it's been in almost thirty years. I am sure the Core4 program is part of this amazing improvement in my overall health.

How to Take the [ CNI ] Core Four Products

In your back office is a .pdf form entitled " CORE FOUR Directions ". To expand on that ... personally, I take 1 scoop of the LEAN TM shake (mixed with 1/2 cup pure water and 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk) in the am, then a bit later the ACCELERATE TM (with water) and a bit later again another shake, but this time as a meal replacement. ex; using one of my recipes (some recipes and many more to come - are at: http://cheatingsam.blogspot.com - our temporary blog for the team).

Alternatively, I will have one complete meal-replacement shake in the a.m. and another (LEAN TM, water and almond milk only) in the late afternoon. I find if I do this I have no cravings for sweets (carbohydrates) late at night :-)

I sprinkle CHEAT TM on anything I eat such as a sandwich, dinner, etc. The most important item to add is pure water when using CHEAT TM. Drink at least an 8 oz. glass of water after using CHEAT TM on food as CHEAT TM is a fibre that expands in the stomach when taken with water and then it takes 25% of the food calories away (there are clinical trials on this).

FLUSH TM is taken about an hour before bed, with a cup of green tea or warm water. Start with one capsule then take up to two FLUSH TM.
